Eva Mendes (born in New York City) is a famous American model and actress. Eva Mendes was discovered by a talent agent who noticed her potential. They convinced her that she was destined to pursue a career within the entertainment field. She made the decision to quit college and go into the world of entertainment following much thought. She made her debut with the feature film 'Children Of The Corn V: Fields of Terror and was disappointed with her own performance. She spent lots working on her acting as well as appearing in some low-budget productions in order to show her abilities. This actor's path was not easy, but his sheer determination and perseverance were recognized. The actress received fame and positive reviews for her performance in the movie Training Day after which her acting career began.
